License Transfer Instructions

To transfer a floating license key from your current license server to another server you must submit the following to licenses@inovx.com:

oSigned License Transfer Request Form (Download Form)

oLicense Request for new License Server

You must provide the following information:

oCompany
Your company's name

oContact Person
The name of the contact person for the account

oE-mail address
The e-mail address of the contact person

oCompany street address
The address of the facility where the license is deployed

oCity
The city of the facility where the license is deployed 

oState/Province
The state or province of the facility where the license is deployed 

oCounty
The country of the facility where the license is deployed

oZip Code
The ZIP or postal code of the facility where the license is deployed

oTelephone
The phone number of the contact person

oFax
The fax number of the contact person

oCurrent System Computer ID
The computer ID of your current license server

oCurrent System Computer Name
The computer Name of your current license server

oNew System Computer ID
The computer ID of your new license server

oNew System Computer Name
The computer Name of your new license server

Obtaining the Computer ID

The computer ID is an ID which is generated by the software based on hardware and software properties of the computer. In order to obtain/observe the computer ID you must install the License Administrator. and follow the instruction to register a license.
